Here is a size guide to help you find the right breastfeeding dresses with the correct breast pads. 

A - Bust

Measure your chest around the fullest part of your engorged breast while wearing a bra that fits well. If you haven't had your baby yet, make a fist in front of each breast and then measure and add 1cm

Measure the narrowest part of your waistline.

C - Hips

Measure the fullest part of your hips.
